These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between TIGERROAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, and you (“you”, “your”, “User”), governing your access to and use of all mobile games, applications, official websites (including https://tigerroargame.com/#), and all related functions, content and technical services (collectively, the “Services”) owned, operated or published by us.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop all use of our Services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 You must be aged 18 or above to use our Services independently. If you are under 18 years of age, you shall use the Services only under the supervision and with the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for your use and all relevant acts.

1.2 If you use the Services on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

1.3 These Terms shall apply to all users, including unregistered visitors and registered users of our Services.

2. Scope of Service Use (Personal Licensed Use)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company. You expressly agree that you shall not:

2.1 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our games, applications, code, or any part of the Services;

2.2 Use any cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, plug-ins, automation tools, modified clients, or third-party programs to interfere with game operation, obtain unfair advantages, or tamper with game data;

2.3 Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, publicly display, broadcast or commercially utilize any content or function of the Services without our prior written consent;

2.4 Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights or legal interests of the Company or any third party;

2.5 Publish, transmit or spread illegal, obscene, violent, harassing, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content;

2.6 Interfere with, disrupt, overload or damage our servers, networks, system security or normal service operation;

2.7 Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

2.8 Upload, transmit or implant viruses, malware, trojans, malicious codes or harmful programs;

2.9 Violate applicable Hong Kong laws, overseas local laws, or third-party platform rules during the use of Services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to game codes, gameplay mechanisms, graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, music, texts, trademarks, logos, brand names, interface designs and all derivative works, are the exclusive intellectual property of TIGERROAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED or its licensed partners, protected by the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) and international intellectual property conventions.

3.2 You obtain only the right of use during the service period. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Any unauthorized copying, modification, dissemination or commercial use constitutes intellectual property infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities and claim compensation for losses.

3.3 You agree that all feedback, suggestions, opinions or improvement ideas you provide for our Services shall be automatically licensed to us for free, perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide use without additional restrictions.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

4.1 Our games may provide in-app purchase functions for virtual currency, virtual props, game skins and other virtual items (collectively “Virtual Items”). All Virtual Items are intangible digital entertainment rights and do not have any cash value.

4.2 All payment transactions are processed by official authorized platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play or other official channels). All purchases shall be subject to the terms, rules and refund policies of the corresponding payment platform. We do not independently collect payments or provide direct refund services.

4.3 Virtual Items are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or real goods under normal circumstances. You shall not resell, trade or pawn Virtual Items through third-party channels.

4.4 If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of these Terms, you shall automatically forfeit all unused Virtual Items and game assets without any right of refund or compensation.

5. User Conduct and Account Management

5.1 You shall use the Services legally, politely and responsibly, and shall be solely liable for all behaviors and content generated under your use of the Services.

5.2 We reserve the right to monitor user behavior. If we confirm that you violate these Terms, cause damage to service operation, infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws, we have the right to take disposal measures including but not limited to content deletion, function restriction, account warning, temporary suspension or permanent termination of service access.

5.3 After account termination, you shall no longer enjoy any service rights and game assets. We may retain necessary data records in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Service Updates, Modifications and Suspension

6.1 We reserve the right to continuously optimize, update, upgrade, adjust or iterate game functions and service content according to operation needs and technical iteration.

6.2 We may suspend or terminate part or all of the Services due to system maintenance, technical failure, security risks, policy adjustment or business adjustment. We will try our best to notify users in advance through in-game prompts or official announcements where feasible.

6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for temporary service interruption, function adjustment or service termination caused by legitimate reasons.

7. Privacy Protection

Your access to and use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). By using our Services, you agree to our data collection and usage practices specified in the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties (Hong Kong Law Compliant)

8.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8.2 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, compatible with all devices, or free from defects. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy, integrity or timeliness of game data and service content.

8.3 This disclaimer shall be valid to the fullest extent permitted by the Hong Kong Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458). No disclaimer shall exempt us from liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraudulent acts.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Hong Kong laws, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption or indirect property loss.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Hong Kong laws.

10. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless TIGERROAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, its directors, employees, agents and cooperative partners from and against all claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your illegal use of the Services or your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Amendment of Terms

11.1 We reserve the right to update and revise these Terms from time to time to comply with legal requirements and service adjustments. The revised Terms will be published on our official website or in-game announcement with an updated effective date.

11.2 For material changes that affect user rights, we will adopt reasonable notification methods (including in-game pop-up prompts, official announcements or email notifications). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11.3 If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you shall stop using the Services immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms and all service disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding conflict of law rules.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, the invalid part shall be deemed removed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and legal effect.
